NBS Headquarters Battalion, Riga

ULMA Architectural Solutions’ polymer-concrete drainage systems were used in a construction project at the NBS Headquarters Battalion site in Riga. The installed solution included MultiV+ V100 and KOMPAQ150 drainage channels, supporting the controlled collection and removal of surface water from paved and operational areas.

The MultiV+ V100 channel was used in areas requiring a compact linear drainage system. With its 100 mm internal width and V-shaped profile, it is suitable for sections where efficient water flow, easy cleaning and reliable surface drainage are needed. Its modular design allows it to be adapted to different site layouts and installation conditions.

The KOMPAQ150 system was applied in areas where a monolithic drainage solution was required. Its integrated channel-and-grating structure provides a robust configuration for zones exposed to pedestrian movement, service traffic or vehicle loads. The compact design also helps simplify installation while maintaining reliable hydraulic performance.

Together, the MultiV+ V100 and KOMPAQ150 systems allowed the drainage design to address different functional requirements across the site. Their polymer-concrete construction supports durability, dimensional stability and resistance to wear in outdoor conditions.

Overall, the use of ULMA drainage solutions contributed to effective stormwater management and helped support the long-term functionality of infrastructure at the NBS Headquarters Battalion in Riga.
