CSDD Customer Service Center, Ventspils

ULMA Architectural Solutions’ MultiV+200 polymer-concrete drainage channels were used in the construction project for the CSDD Customer Service Center in Ventspils. The system formed part of the site’s surface water drainage infrastructure, supporting the collection and controlled discharge of rainwater from paved outdoor areas, access routes and vehicle circulation zones.

The MultiV+200 channel was selected for areas requiring a wider linear drainage solution with reliable hydraulic capacity. With its 200 mm internal width and V-shaped channel profile, the system supports efficient water flow and helps reduce sediment accumulation, contributing to easier maintenance during long-term operation.

For a customer service center where vehicle movement, pedestrian access and paved parking or service areas may be present, effective stormwater management is important for safety, durability and day-to-day usability. The polymer-concrete construction provides strength, dimensional stability and resistance to outdoor wear, while compatible grating options allow the system to be adapted to the load and design requirements of the site.

Overall, the use of ULMA’s MultiV+200 solution contributed to reliable surface water management and supported the development of durable, functional infrastructure at the CSDD Customer Service Center in Ventspils.
